Woodless Graphite Pencils

I did some sketches last night after my husband and I bought a box of woodless graphite pens at our local Chapters Bookstore. They are fantastic to use!

I love how easy it is to have a sharp tip at the end for details, then by tilting it, I can get soft thick lines to sketch with. It's especially nice to not have any pencil shavings to deal with and whittling it down is merely accomplished by rubbing it against some scrap paper or scraping a razor/exacto along the tip.

This is definitely something to try out! They are 2B grade and come in a pack of 8. www.xonexpens.com

Barry's hands. He was leaning them on top of his head for a few minutes, while watching reruns of American Dad.

This is our chihuahua, Mercury. I was only able to get this much done because one of our cats startled him. :P
