I've asked my husband to drag me to thr gym every day. His reply was only if I would drag him to the gym too.
Hopefully it will work for us to kick each other's asses to getting healthy again.
So far today we were working out for 1 hour and 15 minutes. It still didn't feel like enough, so we went out for a 45 minute stroll in the refreshing night air. :)
